What to expect at your first visit

   Before you arrive

   Complete your intake forms so your appointment time goes to your examination rather than paperwork. If forms are not available for your clinic, the front desk hands them to you when you arrive.

   Consultation

   You describe what is going on, what makes it worse, and what you want to get back to doing. Nothing is decided before we listen.

   Examination

   A chiropractor examines you and, when clinically indicated, orders imaging. Findings are explained in plain language.

   Your plan

   You are told what was found, what care may involve, and what the alternatives are, so you can decide. Care outcomes vary from person to person and are never guaranteed.

   Next steps

   If care makes sense, the front desk helps you schedule. If a different type of provider is the better fit, we say so.

If you have severe or worsening symptoms, numbness, weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or you were in a serious accident, seek urgent medical care first.
