Drug-free, non-surgical pain management
Living with pain narrows your life to the things that do not hurt. Chiropractic pain management is a conservative, drug-free approach to musculoskeletal pain that focuses on how you move, what aggravates your symptoms, and what you can build back. It works alongside your medical care rather than replacing it.
Who this page is for
Adults with ongoing musculoskeletal pain who want to try conservative care, and people looking for options that sit alongside their existing medical treatment.
Why people come in
These are reasons patients give for booking. They are not a diagnosis, and only an examination can tell you what is happening in your case.
- Pain that has outlasted the original injury
- Good days and bad days with no obvious pattern
- Sleep, work or activity that has been changed to work around pain
- Frustration with a cycle of flare-ups and short-lived relief
How the evaluation works
We take time over your history, including what has already been tried, then examine movement, joint function and relevant neurological signs. We also ask what a better week would actually look like for you.
How we may approach care
Care commonly combines manual therapy, in-clinic therapies and graded activity, with the emphasis on what you can do between visits. Plans are reviewed against your own goals rather than a fixed protocol.
What a first visit may involve
Bring a list of your current medications, previous treatments and any imaging. You will leave with an explanation of the findings and a proposed starting point.
Safety and when to seek other care
Persistent pain deserves a proper medical workup. Unexplained weight loss, fever, night pain that wakes you, a history of cancer, or progressive neurological symptoms need medical assessment. We do not adjust medication and we make no claim to eliminate pain.
Questions patients ask
Can I keep seeing my medical doctor?
Yes. Conservative care is intended to work alongside your existing medical care, not to replace it.
Will this get rid of my pain completely?
We cannot promise that. We can examine you, explain what we find, and be honest about what conservative care may and may not do.
